Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assist in managing Workplace Safety & Health, EHS and fire safety-related matters in the company
• Assist in creating workplace safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture in the company
• Promote safe practices in the company and conduct safety-related training
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace
• Prepare safety-related reports and documentation for safety meetings and reporting
• Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of all applicable workplace safety and EHS rules and regulations.
• Perform daily site inspection to conduct safety audits on personnel and equipment and take appropriate corrective actions if necessary
• Prepare and conduct toolbox meeting
• Implement and enforce Permit-To-Work (PTW) system for all high risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations and etc.
• Investigate incidents, submit accident reports and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance of all work place safety procedures and legislations.
• Assist in ISO and Bizsafe audit
• Any other duties as instructed by the WSHO and Management

Requirements:

• Minimally 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess WSQ Certificate in WSH qualification and other related safety certifications
• Candidates who possess these certifications will be added advantage – WSQ Implement Incident Management, WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Building (RFEB), CERT First Aider Course
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with people at all levels and at the same time work well in a team

Business Process Associate

Job Description:

• Work closely with department head to understand existing operating processes, including working as part of the department to experience their operations.
• Analyze existing operating processes for possible areas to improve process efficiency.
• Suggest viable solutions to enhance efficiency and methods to measure improvements through digitalization and technology.
• Obtain agreement from stakeholders on new processes, and work with the department to implement new process and solutions.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedure Manual based on preferred operating process by department head
• Coordinate and monitor progress of key projects with various departments.

Job Description:

• Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.

Accounts Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee operations of accounts department
• Responsible for monthly and yearly closing of financial accounts
• Provide analysis for monthly management reports
• Provide accurate and timely tax and accounting reports to the management and relevant authorities
• Review procedures and policies to suggest improvements with emphasis on governance and internal controls and the subsequent implementation
• Work with management and various stakeholders to determine working capital needs and funding strategies
• Work closely with other departments on digitalisation project

Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant Manager to order supplies and equipment based on our company’s needs. Procurement Assistant Manager responsibilities include researching new vendors, tracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices and discounts.) If you’re familiar with supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate cost analyses, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will make cost-effective purchases and ensure we maintain a well stocked inventory
