At our company, we offer an in-house material treatment service that includes ISPM15 material and heat treatment. This service is required for all wooden packing materials to ensure compliance with international regulations that prevent the transport of pests and diseases that can harm the ecosystem of the destination country.
Our heat treatment service is essential for several reasons, such as preventing the growth of mold, allergies, and decay. It is also a requirement for export shipment and is critical in pest prevention.
During the heat treatment process, your crates, pallets, or boxes are heated to a core temperature of 56 (⁰C) for at least 30 minutes in our chamber. This ensures that all pests and insects are eradicated, making the wood safe to use and transport goods.
Once the wood has been treated and inspected, it will be stamped with an internationally recognized logo, allowing for the efficient movement of goods. We will also provide you with a certification of the treatment, giving you peace of mind that your wooden packaging meets all necessary regulations.
